Welcome to Leader Connect-Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond. Our resume reference and referral service serves churches, other ministry opportunities, and Baptist ministers as they seek God's will in filling local church and agency staff positions.

Student Referral Opportunities

The Director of Congregational Relationships aids current students, graduates, students' spouses, and friends of BTSR in obtaining part-time and full-time ministry employment. Newly enrolling students interested in finding church employment may utilize our Leader Connect service before arrival in Richmond.

BTSR students employed part-time in ministry average a work week of about 15-30 hours and a weekly salary of $150-$500. In addition, many opportunities for secular work are posted on the bulletin board in the student lounge and additional information on Richmond area employment is available at www.gatewayva.com.
