Professor Mugabe is Principal of Baptist Theological Seminary of Zimbabwe. Active in the life of the Baptist Convention of Zimbabwe, he has served as a member of the Executive Committee, of the Media Board, and of the Shona Bible Translation Committee, and as chairperson of the Planning and Development Council. He has delivered papers and written articles on African views of theology and the life of the church.
