Concepts & Components of Gift-Based Ministry (SCM 2110)
Explore the biblical foundations and theology of gift-based ministry. Increase your understanding of gift-based ministry. Identify key components of frameworks that enable gift-based ministry. Dates: January 14 – February 10, 2008
Preparing the Congregation for Gift-Based Ministry (SCM 2120)
Learn to define and assess your church culture. Learn to develop vision and mission statements and core values that support gift-based ministry. Identify strategic planning issues as they relate to gift-based ministry. Dates: February 25 – March 22, 2008
Implementing & Improvising Gift-Based Ministry (SCM 2130)
Learn how passion, spiritual gifts and personal style come together in a ministry setting. Understand the factors to consider in developing an equipping ministry team/committee. Understand the steps involved in implementing gift-based ministry. Dates: April 7 – May 4, 2008
Time & Location: The online course materials and discussion forums are Internet-based and accessible anytime, from anywhere.
Cost: $150 per course (Scholarships are available to cover 50% of tuition fees.)
