Using Emotional Intelligence to Develop Your Leadership Capacity Led by: Rev. Chris Gambill
Why do gifted, committed, intelligent leaders sometimes struggle or fail as leaders? One answer may be the leader’s capacity in emotional intelligence (EQi). Research suggests that emotional intelligence may account for more of a leader’s success than many other aspects of leadership. This teleclass will introduce the basic concepts of emotional intelligence, describe their impact on ministry leadership, and explore ways EQi can be utilized to improve leadership.
