Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond

  I Chose BTSR!

In this distinctively Baptist, ecumenically committed environment, you will be challenged to think deeply, pray much, and serve joyfully. You will experience an emphasis on spiritual formation, global ministry perspective, and congregational focus. You will become part of a learning community where servant leadership is central, and where women and men are encouraged in their ministerial journeys.

At BTSR you are encouraged to ask the hard theological questions. You are free to discover God’s call for you. You are free to expand your mind, deepen your theology, or change your direction. You are free to serve in whatever way God leads you to serve. Whether your lifestage is 20-something, second career, or retiree, there is a place for you here.
