Reference and Referral BTSR is delighted to have been awarded the grant which created the
Leader Connect Reference and Referral Service. We developed this service with several partners: the
Virginia Baptist Mission Board, the
Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, and the
Baptist General Convention of Texas. Each of these partners maintains a database of candidates and churches. We encourage you to contact one of these partners to access the
