BTSR is delighted to have been awarded the grant which created the Leader Connect Reference and Referral Service. We developed this service with several partners: the Virginia Baptist Mission Board, the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, and the Baptist General Convention of Texas.  Each of these partners maintains a database of candidates and churches.  We encourage you to contact one of these partners to access the Leader Connect/Minister Matching service to assist you in your search.

Student Referral Opportunities

BTSR students employed part-time in ministry average a work week of about 15-30 hours and a weekly salary of $150-$500. In addition, many opportunities for secular work are posted on the bulletin board in the student lounge and additional information on Richmond area employment is available at www.gatewayva.com.
