BTSR has a rolling admissions process. You may submit your application at any time, have it reviewed, and know within weeks whether you have been accepted.
Prerequisites:
- To be admitted, you must have completed a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university. In addition to your major field of study, you should have a broad educational background with at least half your hours in liberal arts (including courses such as English, history, social sciences, natural sciences, languages, fine arts, and religion and philosophy).
- Complete and submit a BTSR Master of Divinity Application for Admission form.
- Submit your official transcript or transcripts. For non-seminary work, send transcripts from all schools where you completed more than six hours of study. For seminary work, send all transcripts of all study.
- Submit a Church Recommendation from the church you attend.
- Submit the names of three references you have known more than two years: Minister, Professor/Employer, and Personal.
- Remit the $35 application fee.
